Did the funder want the additional 100 Aeon added to the "Community Fund" to be used for general purposes?

This proposal will show an extra 100 aeon paid out. AFS+Wallet-RPC was using a very weak daemon for some time and did not create a wallet on a previous [unapproved] funding request. I fixed the issue and corrected which wallets had the amounts they needed. You are fully funded. I'll issue payout soon.
